Our goal is to help develop a love of music that will last a lifetime.

We are passionate about delivering exciting lessons that will inspire pupils to push themselves to learn new things and explore their creative side. Pupils are introduced to new genres, will discover many favourite songs and improve in all areas of their music skills. As a studio we come together for performances and celebrate all achievements that come along your musical journey.

After working as a music teacher in secondary and primary schools Laura Marr started working as a full time piano teacher and set up Laura’s Musical Studio. That grew and added lots of new classes and became The Music Spot. Based in Wellington Square in Ayr town centre.. Our curriculums are packed with music and activites, created by music teachers that are always evolving to make sure each child has the perfect fit to unlock their musical potential.
